Refund, Return & Chargeback Policy

Research Use Only: All products sold by Pexrit Labs are intended solely for laboratory research and in vitro testing. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, food use, dietary supplement use, or cosmetic use.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request cancellation, contact Pexrit Labs as soon as possible at pexritlabs@gmail.com or call (219) 327-9256.
Returns
Due to the nature of laboratory research products, Pexrit Labs does not accept returns of opened, used, altered, damaged-after-delivery, or temperature-sensitive products. Products must remain sealed, unused, and in their original condition to be considered for any return review.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers must contact Pexrit Labs within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage before approving a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued for canceled orders prior to shipment, verified fulfillment errors, unavailable products, or approved damaged-shipment claims.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by the carrier after shipment
- Products purchased for any prohibited use
Chargeback Policy
Customers agree to contact Pexrit Labs before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or bank reversal so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue. Unauthorized or unresolved chargebacks may be disputed using order records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer acknowledgements, checkout documentation, and communication history.
Research Use Acknowledgement
Prior to checkout, customers are required to acknowledge that products purchased from Pexrit Labs are sold solely for laboratory research and in vitro testing and will not be used for human or animal consumption, therapeutic purposes, clinical use, or any prohibited purpose.
