Refund, Return & Chargeback Policy

Research Use Only

All products sold by Pexrit Labs are intended solely for laboratory research and in vitro testing.

Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, food use, dietary supplement use, cosmetic use, or any other non-research purpose.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request cancellation, contact Pexrit Labs as soon as possible at info@pexritlabs.com or (219) 327-9256.

Returns

Pexrit Labs does not accept standard or change-of-mind returns.

Opened, used, altered, damaged-after-delivery, or temperature-sensitive products are not eligible for return.

Exceptions may be made for verified damaged, missing, incorrect, or fulfillment-error orders reported to Pexrit Labs within 48 hours of delivery.

Products should not be returned without prior written authorization from Pexrit Labs.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Pexrit Labs within 48 hours of delivery.

To review the issue, Pexrit Labs may request photographs or other documentation, including the product received, packaging, shipping label, contents of the shipment, and any visible damage.

After reviewing the claim, Pexrit Labs may approve a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Return Authorization & Return Shipping

If Pexrit Labs determines that a physical return is required, the customer will receive written return authorization and return-by-mail instructions.

If the return is required because of a verified Pexrit Labs fulfillment error, incorrect shipment, or approved damaged-shipment claim, Pexrit Labs will cover reasonable return-shipping costs.

Do not send products back without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds may be issued for:

Orders canceled before shipment
Verified fulfillment errors
Products that become unavailable after an order is placed
Approved damaged-shipment claims
Approved missing or incorrect-order claims

Once a refund is approved, Pexrit Labs will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds generally will not be issued for:

Opened, used, or altered products
Products damaged after successful delivery
Change-of-mind purchases
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Carrier delays occurring after shipment
Products purchased or used for a prohibited purpose
Unauthorized returns

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Pexrit Labs is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but the package cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier and notify Pexrit Labs so the available shipment information can be reviewed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Pexrit Labs before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or bank reversal so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

When appropriate, Pexrit Labs may respond to a chargeback or payment dispute using applicable documentation, including order records, payment records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer acknowledgements, checkout documentation, and customer-service communications.

Research Use Acknowledgement

Pexrit Labs products are sold solely for legitimate laboratory research and in vitro testing.

By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges that products purchased from Pexrit Labs will not be used for human consumption, animal consumption, therapeutic purposes, clinical use, or any other prohibited purpose.

Policy Updates

Pexrit Labs may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in business practices, operational requirements, applicable laws, or platform requirements.
